Fully air-conditioned and entirely column-free — nothing stands between your stage and your back row. The hall divides into two halls, or opens into one.

At its heart sits a 7 × 3-metre flat LED stage wall: brand films, live camera feeds, sponsor reels, bespoke visuals. Behind it, a professional PA, wireless microphones, a DJ console and a full theatrical lighting rig.

Work with our in-house kitchen across Chinese, Malay, Indian, Western and fusion menus — or bring your own caterer and decorator.

On halal: our own kitchen is not halal-certified. For halal events we bring in a halal-certified partner caterer and coordinate it as part of your booking — the halal menus published below are theirs, not ours. You are equally welcome to appoint your own halal caterer.

Plated banquets, free-flow buffets, canapé receptions. The food scales to the format, and the bar runs licensed until close.

How many guests does the hall hold?

The Grand (Hall 3 + 3A) holds up to 450 theatre style, 350 at round tables, 420 standing, 280 classroom, 200 cabaret, 200 U-shape and 100 boardroom. It divides into PEN (Hall 3, 160 theatre or 130 at rounds) and INC (Hall 3A, 150 seated or 180 standing). The Tropical Space takes 120 seated or 150 standing.

How much does it cost?

Packages are priced per guest: seminar day-delegate $28++, canapé reception $42++, buffet $48++, The Grand banquet or dinner & dance $68++, plated dinner $78++ and wedding $88++. Venue hire with your own caterer is from $3,500 per half-day. Prices are subject to service charge and prevailing GST.

Where is it and how do I get there?

11 Slim Barracks Rise, NTU@one-north, #03-00, Singapore 138664. It is three minutes on foot from Buona Vista MRT (Circle and East–West Lines) and about eight from one-north MRT (Circle Line), with 180 sheltered, paid parking lots in the building.

What are the hours?

The hall is open daily from 6:30 AM to 12:00 midnight, public holidays included, and the bar is licensed to midnight. The events office answers Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.

Can we bring our own caterer and decorator?

Yes. Outside caterers and decorators are welcome; the venue charge is quoted per event. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Is the food halal?

Our own kitchen is not halal-certified. Halal menus are prepared by a halal-certified partner caterer, which we arrange as part of your booking, or you may appoint your own halal caterer.

What is on the LED wall?

A flat 7 × 3-metre LED stage wall. Send us your content and our AV team handles formats, cueing and playback on the day.

Is the hall column-free?

Yes. The full span of Hall 3 + 3A is pillarless, so every seat has a clear line to the stage.

Can we hold a solemnisation and dinner in the same visit?

Yes. Take one hall for the ceremony and the other for dinner, then open the partition, or reset the single room between the two.

How fast do you reply, and can I enquire in Mandarin?

We reply within one working day with availability and a proposal. Mandarin enquiries are welcome.
